Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed .In case of any exception, please speak to our customer care and they will assist you in the best possible way.
Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back?
If you receive wrong/damage products, you need to send the product yourself, kindly ensure that you use a track-able shipping method. Shipping cost will be refund to you or else you can reimbursed the money to your next order with in 30 days.
What if the product has missing parts or defects?
If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
